Team Jean Richer is looking to hire an organized and driven individual to join our team as a Listing Coordinator. 

The Listing Coordinator is responsible for all aspects relating to listings. This position manages the entirety of the listing process, from preparing listing documents to overseeing listings on MLS and social media. The Listing Coordinator also manages the database. They are in charge of coordinating and communicating effectively with sellers, stagers, photographers and any other cooperating parties. They ensure accuracy with all data and client entry.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Accurately use online platforms to prepare and submit listings documents and required disclosures

  • Ensure continuous accuracy of listing documents and client information in Command

  • Database management (includes adding new clients, maintaining the accuracy of current & past clients, organizing listing paperwork)

  • Create, organize and manage listing folders & listing filing cabinet

  • Update Whiteboards to reflect current & upcoming listing information

  • Prepare listings through MLS

  • Manage marketing of all listings using online platforms such as; Canva, Later, Instagram, Twitter, Active Rain, Facebook, Tumblr, Pinterest & Linkedin

  • Communicate effectively with clients through phone and email (introduction calls, listing updates, general inquiries)

  • Coordinate and schedule Stager

  • Coordinate and schedule Photographer

  • Understand and accurately use Google Workspace

  • Organize Agent's calendar

  • Attend training/meetings and take notes

  • Continuously add/edit Policy & Procedure Manual

  • Handle general incoming emails and phone calls

  • Work on implementing new systems to move the business forward

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to team members


  • Bilingual an asset (French & English)

  • Strong organization skills

  • Works well in team settings - strong collaboration skills

  • Can contribute to a positive work environment

  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly

  • Proficient in Google Workspace

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize and adapt

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities


  • High School Diploma (required)

  • Post-secondary education in an administrative field (asset)


  • 1 year of Administrative work (required)

  • Real Estate knowledge/experience a strong asset
