How much is my property worth?
The value of your property is dependant on many factors. What should I expect out of the Stager?

What should I expect out of the Photographer?
We work with a high-quality photographer. The photographer strives to showcase your home in the best light possible, with your best interest in mind. They will produce multiple high definition photos and a professionally done 'home walkthrough' video.
How will you market my property?
We will be using various marketing techniques to get your property out there. These techniques include using multiple social media platforms (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, etc), running advertisements, e-mail marketing, professionally produced videos and many more!
How do I prepare for showings?
With a Stager already hired to stage your home, half of the work will already have been done! You want to make sure you have cleaned and declutter. It is important to have not only the interior nicely done but the exterior as well, as many people want to walk to a great looking home.
