Should I sell or buy first?

There are definitely pros and cons to both options. This will be depending on your situation and will be best figured out through setting an appointment with me so we can further discuss what your current situation is. When is the best time to sell my home?

The best time to sell is during a 'Seller's Market', meaning the inventory for homes is low compared to the current amount of qualified buyers. This will promote a higher selling price and a speedier process. Other factors including the season can play a major role.

When is the best time to buy a home?

The best time to buy is during a 'Buyer's Market', meaning there is a high inventory of homes compared to the current amount of qualified buyers. This will allow for more options and great competitive prices.

How much is my property worth?

The value of your property is dependant on many factors. The factors that have to considered are location, size, state of your home, current market condition, etc. In order to get a proper estimated value of your home, a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) must be completed. Why should I stage my home?

Home staging is a great marketing tool to help buyers envision themselves living in your home and increase selling price. Staging makes your home feel aspirational and could help create an emotional tie between the buyer and the home. We want to create a positive feeling with the space and ultimately have buyers fall in love.

What should I expect out of the Stager?

We work with an award winning home stager who aims to highlight the best features of your home. They will maximize the space of your home and create a vision for potential buyers. They will help capture your home better through our professional photos and the upcoming showings with buyers.

What should I expect out of the Photographer?

We work with a high-quality photographer. The photographer strives to showcase your home in the best light possible, with your best interest in mind. They will produce multiple high definition photos and a professionally done 'home walkthrough' video.

How will you market my property?

We will be using various marketing techniques to get your property out there.  These techniques include using multiple social media platforms (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, etc), running advertisements, e-mail marketing, professionally produced videos and many more!

How do I prepare for showings?

With a Stager already hired to stage your home, half of the work will already have been done! You want to make sure you have cleaned and declutter. It is important to have not only the interior nicely done but the exterior as well, as many people want to walk to a great looking home.
