Like everything else out there you will find all types of inspectors. Some are good, some are not so good and some are great! You want to make sure your inspector knows his stuff. You do not want an inspector who won't do a good job or one that is an alarmist. It's good to find someone in between. An older home will always have some issues but the inspector is there to look for major items that could affect the value of the home or even your safety.
